At Modern Viking, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  • Modern Viking is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to proceed is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
