Custom-Made Orders: Shipped within 2 business days after COMPLETION OF work and all payments have cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, issue a replacement.
